UK Shipping

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail for a flat shipping fee of £3.99.

International Shipping

International orders are sent via Evri, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees that may be charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost or order total.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and, for international orders, customs processing times.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable.

To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide the necessary instructions.

A £2.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for returns.

For international orders we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless the item is faulty.
